Welcome to my immigration law blog. I am going to try and regularly share updates and policy changes occurring under this new administration related to immigration law so that you can be aware of what is happening and find out how these disruptions may impact you.

Also, each post's title will be a Bob Dylan song lyric (maybe some other artists too) because I would like to prove to myself that there is in fact a Bob Dylan lyric for every situation (and realistically because I am probably the only person who is going to read these posts so I might as well enjoy myself).

Also hyperlinks to news articles and other information for further reading are provided anywhere you see an underline.

The title of this post comes from the song “Changing of the Guards” from the 1978 album Street Legal. I chose it because it feels like America as we know it is going up in flames and we must have the courage to oppose what is happening and not allow ourselves to be eliminated.
