ATTORNEY AT LAW
Monica practices exclusively in the area of immigration law, focusing primarily on family-based cases, naturalization, deportation/removal defense, assisting victims of crime, advising individuals on avoiding the negative immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
In addition to her private practice Monica has provided free legal services for asylum seekers, pro bono work through the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association, Military Assistance Program, and is devoted to educating and advocating for her community. Monica is fluent in Spanish.
